Prof. Archil Khomassuridze is the General Director of the “I. Zhordania Institute of Reproductology”, & Zhordania Institute of Human Reproduction and Chairman of the Department of Reproductology Obstetrics and Gynecology at I. Javakhisvili Tbilisi State University. He completed his Doctorate in the All-Union Institute of Clinical and Experimental Endocrinology, Moscow, Russia. He serves as a President of the Georgian Planned Parenthood Federation and The Academician of Georgian Academy of Medico-Biological Sciences and a member of it’s Presidium, Georgian Planned Parenthood Federation, Academician of the Georgian Academy of Natural Sciences and Georgian Association of Reproductive Health. He is a Former Head for the Department of Reproductology at Georgian State Medical Academy and Chief Editor of the Journal “Reproductology” . He is also a Founder of the Georgian Association of Reproductive Health, Head for the Department of Reproductology at Georgian State Medical Academy and the Journal “Reproductology”. He is the Founder and Chairman of AayuSmart, LLC, USA, India & CEO Indus Bio Medical Devices, India/USA. He is a Member of Minneapolis-University Rotary Club, Minneapolis, MN & Expert Committee: International Union of Angiology, France & International Board of advisors: J. Clinical and Preventive Cardiology, India & Advisory Board, Cardiac Design Labs, Bangalore. He is a Honorary professor in Sri Chitra Tirunal Institute For Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum & JSS Medical Academy, Mysore & Sri Devaraj Urs Medical Academy and Research Centre& Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. He immigrated to the USA in 1965 and specialized in grain storage technology and obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas. After working as a post-doctoral fellow at the Texas A& M University and University of Minnesota, he joined department of Pharmacology as an NIH fellow to get training in toxicology. He has been with the University of Minnesota Medical School for over 40 years. He is a naturalized US citizen and a tenured professor in the department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology. He also has faculty appointments in Anaesthesiology, Lillehei Heart Institute, and Biomedical Engineering Institute. He is an author or co-author of over 300 publications in the field of interest (thrombosis and stroke). In the past, he has consulted various medical device development companies in the Twin Cities including 3M, Medtronic Inc, St Jude Medical, Medical CV Inc, Vascular Solutions, APP Tech, Endocardial Solutions, PlaCor Inc., Medical Innovations Inc, Hypertension Diagnostics Inc. and Boston Scientific on problems related to biocompatibility, thrombosis and stroke.

Dr Umesh Prabhu became a Consultant Paediatrician (1992-2010), Clinical Director of Paediatrics (1992-1998), Medical Director of Bury NHS Trust (1998-2003), Board Member of UK National Patient Safety Agency (2001-2003), National Adviser to the National Clinical Assessment Service UK (2003-2015), Medical Director of Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh FT (2010-2016). He got nominated twice as the top 50 most influential Indian leader of the NHS and in 2017 he received Lifetime Achievement Award for patient safety work.
Prof. Vladimir N. Anisimov is currently Editor-in-Chief of the journal Advances in Gerontology, and serves as an Editorial Board Member of many international journals. He worked as head of the Department of Carcinogenesis and Oncogerontology, N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology, St Petersburg, Russian Federation & President of the Gerontology Society at Russian Academy of Science, 2nd European Congress on Biogerontology, VI European Congress of IAGG. Prof. Anisimov has received research grant awards from the Russian Science Foundation, Russian Foundation for Basic Research, U.S. National Institute of Health, Max Plank Institute for Demographic Research, IAGG European Region Award for Advances in Gerontology and Geriatrics ,etc. He has so far authored more 500 peer-reviewed publications and his work has appeared in a number of top-class journals including Nature Rev. Cancer, Adv. Cancer Res., Aging (NY, Albany), Exp. Gerontol., Biogerontol., Mutat. Res., Interdiscipl. Topics Gerontol. (Karger) etc. The central areas of investigation include the following: (1) Mechanisms of age related susceptibility to environmental carcinogenic factors; (2) The role of growth hormone – insulin – IGF-1 signaling in aging and cancer and effects of metformin as geroprotectors and anticarcinogen; (3) The pineal gland, melatonin and circadian desynchronosis in aging and cancer.
